Employers will have duties under current legislation to provide Health Surveillance for certain hazards. We set up and deliver Health Surveillance programmes for respiratory, noise, vibration and skin hazards. Our programmes are conducted by Occupational Health Nurses with supervision and audit by the appointed lead Occupational Physician.
We will ensure your programme is audited and completed to a high standard with the publication of an annual report.
Your Health Surveillance programme will be managed using our unique, purpose built Health Surveillance Management programme which manages all call and recall and reconcilable at-risk registers.
We work with existing Health & Safety staff to ensure that we work together in a co-ordinated and strategic way to manage your health risks and reduce successful litigation. We produce bespoke posters (in multiple languages) as well as provide employee guidance and advice.
With our Occupational Hygiene partners we can arrange for environmental measurements to assist in the risk assessment process.
Nurses use employee contacts to re-enforce control measures and to document this advice.
