Integral Day 1

Integral Day 1 is our service for employees to report their sickness absence. Day1 is a service that can deliver significant benefits for employees and reductions in sickness absence. Employees call our freephone number to report their sickness absence. Integral clinical staff will call back employees to discuss their absence and to give immediate advice. Case Management is ongoing until the employee has returned to work. We notify managers and HR of the daily case load and which employees have reached your Company’s absence triggers. Employees who have reached absence triggers can be referred for a full OH assessment.
