Pre-employment Assessment 

A pre-employment, post offer medical assessment can be an important part of risk management for organisations.

The assessment of applicants by Occupational Physicians is not contrary to the Equality Act 2010 if the assessment is relevant to the position in question.

Our approach involves a standard questionnaire with Physician screening and telephone enquiry where necessary. 

In the vast majority of cases our response to the employer is within 48 hours of receipt of the form. We can arrange for electronic and online forms to be completed and submitted as well as paper forms with pre-paid envelopes.
