Organisations can get frustrated with appointment delays, administration errors, delays in obtaining GP and specialist reports and inability to contact Occupational Physicians when they need to. When reports are received, employers can be disappointed with a lack of clear opinion and guidance.
Integral OH guarantees the following service levels so that managers can be assured of a rapid response to their needs.
- We will offer an appointment within 10 working days.
- Appointments will always be with an Occupational Physician.
- OH Physician reports will provide clear functional and temporal information to employers and are subject to periodic internal quality audit.
- Our fees will include all further case management, outwith any review appointments. There will be no additional charges outwith any review appointments and the direct charge made for any third party reports, which integral do not mark up.
- We will provide same day call back to customers on individual case telephone queries.
- We will dispatch all written reports within 48hrs of the consultation.
- We will provide organisations with status reports on GP/Specialist report management.
